About Me
I started by building Shopify stores and shipping 20+ e-commerce products end to end.
But something didn’t add up.
Even when everything was built as requested, users still dropped off.
That made me question not what we built, but how users behave.
Since then, I’ve focused on understanding user behavior, identifying friction, and building AI-driven solutions that improve real outcomes.
